This Refund Policy explains how Tasawom LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles refunds for digital subscription products and services offered through the Strategy AI App, the Flight Deck workspace, deep-dive tools, and related websites (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Digital Services and General Refund Rule

Because Strategy Asylum provides immediate access to digital, subscription-based services, all fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in an Enterprise Order Form.

2.1 Non-refundable items

  • Monthly and yearly subscription fees that have already been billed
  • One-time setup, onboarding, or implementation fees
  • Usage-based charges and strategic credits that have already been consumed
  • Discounted or promotional plans, unless a mandatory cooling-off period applies in your jurisdiction

3. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion or where required by law, issue full or partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments for the same account or billing period
  • Technical billing errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Confirmed inability to access the Platform for a prolonged period caused by our systems
  • Where a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies under local law and all legal conditions are met

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge date and provide:

  • The email address associated with your Strategy Asylum account
  • The invoice number or payment reference
  • The date and amount that were charged
  • A short explanation of why you are requesting a refund

5. Assessment and Processing

  • We review refund requests in line with this Policy and our Terms of Use
  • Where approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days
  • We may request additional information to verify account ownership and payment details

6. Managing Your Subscription

You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for past charges unless this Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Relationship to Terms of Use

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Use prevail except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
