1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Tasawom LLC governing your access to and use of the Strategy AI App, the Flight Deck workspace, deep-dive tools, APIs, and any related websites or mobile properties (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Usage Policy referenced below. If you do not agree, you may not access the Platform.

2. Platform Access and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for maintaining accurate account information.

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract
• Use a business email that you control and keep it up to date
• Protect API keys, custom models, and automation webhooks generated by the Platform
• Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or data leakage
• Refrain from sharing dashboards or Flight Deck outputs with unlicensed users
• Implement MFA or equivalent safeguards when made available

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Subscription Terms

• Plans cover access to specific tool collections, AI model quotas, and storage tiers
• Upgrades and add-on Copilot tools are billed immediately and prorated
• Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle
• Strategic credits expire at the end of the contract term unless renewed
• Late payments may suspend access until balances are cleared

3.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers
• We charge in USD unless a localized currency is explicitly offered
• Applicable taxes and statutory fees are calculated at checkout
• Disputed payments may trigger immediate account review
• Receipts and invoices are available inside the Billing Center

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Platform Content

All software, prompts, UI layouts, training data, and documentation made available through the Platform remain the exclusive property of Tasawom LLC and its licensors.

4.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the business data, briefs, and strategy artifacts you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Unless a specific Enterprise Order Form states otherwise, AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for internal business use. We retain ownership of the underlying models, prompts, and system instructions.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

To keep the Platform safe for all teams, you must NOT:

• Upload or disseminate unlawful, discriminatory, or infringing material
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without written consent
• Automate logins or strategy generation in a way that degrades service levels
• Use Copilot tools to generate spam, deep fakes, or exploit code
• Export AI recommendations as if they were audited financial or legal advice
• Misrepresent Platform output as human-authored expert opinion
• Circumvent usage caps, metering, or credit tracking
• Reverse engineer or copy our model prompts, embeddings, or training data

6. Strategic Frameworks and Tools

Frameworks, canvases, and proprietary blueprints are provided as accelerators, not guarantees of business performance.

• Use frameworks only within your organization or as allowed by your license
• Attribute Tasawom LLC when publicly sharing derivative frameworks
• Validate every recommendation against your own compliance requirements
• Respect data classification labels applied to generated PDFs and decks
• Do not reproduce the Flight Deck UI or its interactions outside the Platform

7. AI Services and Limitations

AI outputs can be probabilistic, and you remain responsible for reviewing them before execution.

• Prompt context you supply may be routed through third-party LLM providers
• Generation times and latency vary based on provider load and quota
• We may throttle or queue heavy jobs to preserve overall system health
• No output should be treated as legal, financial, or HR advice
• Bias mitigation techniques are applied but cannot guarantee neutral output

8. Data Storage and Export

We protect and retain customer data according to the Privacy Policy and your workspace configuration settings.

• Encrypted storage for strategies, transcripts, and attachments
• Workspace-level retention controls for exported decks, CSVs, and appendices
• Audit trails for Copilot actions and administrative overrides
• Bulk export APIs available to enterprise tenants upon request
• Deletion SLAs align with regulatory requests received via privacy@tasawom.com

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tasawom LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of applicable laws.

12. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or endanger the Platform. You may terminate at any time by closing your account; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or security practices. We will notify account owners via email or in-app banners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, excluding conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction, unless another venue is defined in an Enterprise Order Form.
